Frequent questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → StkAufnahme → Cancel Subscription. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Du (profile) tab and tap Konto löschen. This permanently deletes your account and all of your learning progress.
I paid but Pro is not active
Open the profile tab and tap Käufe wiederherstellen (Restore purchases). If that does not help, email us with the Apple receipt.
